Kevin has 17 years of engineering experience working on and managing public agency projects in Oregon and Washington. He has spent his entire career working in surface water systems, including streams, wetlands and urban drainage systems. Kevin has a comprehensive understanding of the planning, design, permitting and construction process for projects that have to strike a balance between natural resource areas and the built environment. Working with project stakeholders, Kevin develops integrated solutions for flood management, stormwater quality, restoration or compliance with various regulatory requirements. Kevin is an active member of the American Public Works Association, having served as the Oregon Chapter’s Water Resources committee chair for nine years. As a member of the Green Otak Committee, he helps lead the company’s sustainability practices and initiatives.
