Cities, towns, counties, transit agencies, and other public sector clients often call on us to support their day-to-day activities and the services they provide to the public. Otak serves as an extension of their staff, supporting the agency’s mission and values, and proudly representing their interests and those of the public they serve.
We provide a wide array of on-call services—plan reviews; site inspections; arborist evaluations; planning and design of public parks, streets, and facilities; code analysis and writing; preparing staff reports; making presentations to boards and councils; and a variety of other support activities. To us, being on-call means being there for our clients, whenever we’re needed—being responsive, flexible, and accountable to serve the agency’s needs on an ongoing, continuous basis. Because we’ve been able to consistently offer this level of commitment to our clients, on-call planning has been a service we’ve successfully provided from the earliest days of our practice, more than 30 years ago.
