It's important that we make sustainability a priority, starting with staff training that is carried forward and reflected in our daily business practices and projects.
From an early age, Jennifer Goldsmith knew what she was meant to do. After taking geology classes in high school, she pursued a degree in the science and has never looked back, now continuing that pursuit in the sustainability of projects as a geomorphologist at Otak. She is happiest anywhere near water, and the ability to impact outcomes with that vital resource, for such a wide variety of clients while working with multiple services areas, drew Jennifer's interest. Joining a multidisciplinary firm where sustainability is such a priority has allowed her to meet that interest on a daily basis, both in the professional growth of her and her team as well as the completion of internal and external projects.
