Doug Garland is a Client Services Manager with Otak’s CPM (comprehensive project management) division. His interest in project management was cemented during his undergrad at Oregon State University (OSU). He took on an internship with the OSU Facilities Group as a Project Engineer on the Kelly Engineering Building. Some of Doug’s favorite projects include RiverBend Hospital, Bybee Lakes Homeless Shelter, Oregon Liquor Control’s Conveyor Project, and The Oregon State Police Replacement Headquarters at Trelstad. Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, hiking, and woodworking.
