Mandi has 31 years of experience in land use and transportation planning, public and stakeholder involvement, and planning and design of the public realm, including transportation and transit projects, streets, streetscapes, parks, civic spaces, and campuses. She brings extensive expertise in multi-modal transportation, pedestrian planning and design, shared-use paths, corridor and alternatives analysis studies, scenic byways, design guidelines, and toolboxes and interpretive planning and design. Mandi has been responsible for management, coordination and design on a wide variety of complex, multi-faceted projects involving agencies at federal, state, regional, and local levels, tribes, organizations and special interest groups. She is an excellent communicator and facilitator and enjoys working with clients and communities to transform vision in to reality.
