“I received my first Lego set for my 7th birthday and have been constructing buildings with them ever since.”
Teams: Project Management, Construction Management, & Project Controls
Dave Lintz
David wanted to be an architect for as long as he can remember, which lead him to a career in project management. He loves the collaborative environment of Otak where he can work with like-minded, positive, productive leaders to see projects through to completion. David focuses on empathy to solve problems and keep groups working in harmony. When weekends roll around you can find him on the golf course, playing tennis or building his photography skills.
Miro Radoynovski

Michelle Keizer
“I value the opportunity to be a member of a highly functional team that works cohesively together to provide a valuable service to our clients.”
Tracy Goodman
“My StrengthsFinder architype is ‘passionista,’ which as a natural teacher is certainly true.”
Shawn Klinkner
Shawn has a keen understanding of change management and how the building initiatives he works on can really change clients’ organizations and the people they serve. With this understanding he works hard to discover clients’ needs and advises and advocates for them to ensure their needs are met. He specializes in facilitating high functioning project teams through building trust between owners, contractors, architects and consultants. “It is in cultures of trust that accountability and excellence thrive,” Shawn says. He takes trust-building to his time away from work where he volunteers for the board of Battleground Healthcare with annual strategy development and deployment work. Shawn also enjoys spending time with family, quilting, gardening, reading and writing.

A constant in her personality, Renee specializes in bringing teams together in a spirit of open communication, collaboration, and teamwork to form a plan.
Andrew Lent
“Nothing gives me more satisfaction than seeing kids’ eyes light up as they take their first step into a brand-new school.”
Brian Hardebeck
Growing up as a member of a local farm family, Brian enjoyed building or making things. In high school he participated in a drafting and construction program that eventually provided a scholarship to Oregon State University in Construction Engineering Management. The rest of his 33-year career is result of that opportunity. As an owner’s representative with Otak CPM he provides his 30+ years of planning, development, and construction experience to allow his clients to focus on what they do best. He assists clients like the Nestucca Valley School District in making their dream projects come true and to add value to the larger built community.
Brian’s superpower is being able to visualize system components in their eventual constructed forms while still on paper. He can also visualize interactions with spaces above, below, and beside an object during planning. When Brian’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with my family and friends at the beach and driving race cars. He also volunteers with the Sunset High School Football Dads Club and the Oregon Emergency Medical Technicians Association.
