Susan Dull works in our People Services department and is a seasoned recruiting professional with over 19 years of experience in the field. She’s currently our Senior Recruiter and conducts our full-cycle recruitment process across departments, whether they be clerical or administrative. An avid runner, she believes in maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time with her family, and she can be seen dishing up a wicked serve on the Pickleball court or looking after Dexter, her Dachshund-Corgi mix, when not on the clock.

Brooke Henderson
Brooke heads our Talent Acquisition team and is an accomplished staffing professional who has years of experience under her belt, with areas of expertise including employee relations, worker’s compensation, and performance management. An agile communicator, she makes sure incoming talent is always an asset to the firm. When not working to build relationships among staff, she can be seen hitting the slopes on her skis in the winter, paddle boarding during the warmer months, and is no stranger to a tennis court.

Scott looks forward to walking through Otak’s doors everyday with the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people in a unique collaborative company culture. He has built a reputation as a doer, but his real talent is developing younger staff to take on increasing responsibilities. He is passionate about creating new leaders and constantly looking for strengths in his team, fostering trust, and devoting time for collaboration within different disciplines. Ever an engineer, Scott puts his professional expertise to practical use in home improvement projects in his spare time. Scott enjoys traveling with his wife and two children while taking in all that Oregon has to offer.
