I’m a dot-connector and a fixer. I find the things that aren’t working well and make them better.
With a degree in interior design and architectural history, Tina has had a lot of different careers, including interior design, baking bread, managing a glassblowing studio, contracts administration, and directing operations at an architectural firm. She worked as an interior designer for a while but ultimately realized that while she loves the A/E field, she is happier managing the business side. Her current role, managing administrative services in our Vancouver office, brings many parts of her background together, including her work with organizational management, employee engagement, and green operations. She enjoys the people at Otak and is impressed by everyone's kindness, thoughtfulness, and passion for their projects. In her free time, Tina spends time in the outdoors and expresses her creative side through artwork. Passionate about color, she works in glass mosaics for the home and garden and makes micromosaic jewelry. Tina feel strongly about helping those in need, volunteering at soup kitchens and delivering Meals on Wheels for 13 years. She recently joined the Green Otak committee, helping the company become more sustainable.
