Casey built his design skills early on, laying out plans for a mansion when he was just a kid and taking that passion to drafting classes in high school and onto college. He enjoys the collaboration that working at Otak affords him and seeing how a group can come together as a well-oiled machine to achieve project goals. Casey is quick to mentor new co-workers and takes that same coaching to the community where he coaches youth sports. In his spare time he works on the ongoing restoration of his 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and spends time with family.

Saretta Tillmaand
“I like working at Otak because we are encouraged to bounce ideas off each other and take ownership of our workplace.”
Matthew Neish
Growing up in Arizona, Matthew spent his summers doing construction work. He enjoyed the industry but not the heat! He found a perfect combination of industry and climate in Oregon, where the heat is decidedly diminished. Matthew is a problem solver, happy to handle technical, scheduling or jurisdictional issues to keep projects running smoothly. He stays active in the community, supporting outreach to Portland’s homeless and serving on Otak’s equity and inclusion committee. Outside of work Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife or hitting the golf course.
