Last Thursday, Otakians in our Lake Oswego office donned their finest reindeer antlers, Santa hats and Christmas sweaters to celebrate the holidays. We gathered near our beautifully decorated tree for music, food and fun holiday activities including a white elephant gift exchange. One lucky Otakian took home a “Whistling Flying Saucer” while another received a VHS copy of Lord of the Dance. Otak generously donated tickets to upcoming Portland Winterhawks and Trail Blazers games to be raffled off to participants in the holiday festivities. Otakians could also earn raffle tickets by bringing cans of food for donation to the Oregon Food Bank, and the Lake Oswego group responded in a big way. By the end of the party, two large boxes were overflowing with canned food that will go towards eliminating hunger in Oregon this holiday season. The party provided a perfect way to relax and spend time together while helping the community.
