Well versed in construction work planning and management, schedule controls, claims, field documentation, process improvement, and time impact analysis, Tim has built and managed schedules ranging from 2,000 to 13,000-line items and managed five major project schedules valued at over $600 million simultaneously. Tim has also developed master schedules valued at over $4.6 billion.
Recognized as a leader in analyzing, interpreting data, reporting and problem solving all things schedule, Tim believes to be a better scheduler you must spend time in the field. His knowledge of logistics, production rates, resource management and scheduling tools have made him a recognized leader, teacher, and expert witness in analyzing, interpreting data, and problem solving with teams.
