Oregon City School District
Otak CPM is providing owner’s representation services to the Oregon City School District as the Bond Manager for the 2018 Bond Program. The $158M bond will improve schools in 3 key areas. Reduce overcrowding by replacing Gardiner Middle School and enhancing learning spaces with an extensive remodel of Ogden Middle School, improving safety and security throughout the district, and updating school facilities by replacing HVAC systems, plumbing, roofs and electrical systems, and by installing LED lighting. These projects provide the opportunity to change curriculum by designing schools for a new cutting–edge way of teaching that enhances student-centered and project-based learning. Services also include lighting and energy upgrades through the Energy Trust of Oregon and SB1149 grants.
