Tigard-Tualatin School District School Bond Program Tigard, Oregon

The Tigard-Tualatin School District’s $291.3 million bond focuses on updating technology throughout the district as well as providing necessary seismic upgrades to ensure these schools remain safe and functional for the community. Otak CPM is providing school bond program and project management while overseeing substantial rebuilds of three of the District’s oldest schools: Templeton Elementary School, Twality Middle School, and the oldest portions of Tigard High School. Our team is also managing classroom additions to Tigard High School, Tualatin High School, and Durham Education Center.

Managing a School Bond for District-Wide Technology and Sesmic Upgrades

The additions include areas for science, technology, engineering, and math studies. In addition, we are overseeing the construction of a new elementary school; safety and security improvements district-wide; facility repairs such as roof replacements and HVAC upgrades; and new and replacement technology, textbooks, and digital curriculum. In addition to program and project management, Otak CPM is providing all furniture, fixtures, equipment, and move management services to ensure that the process is equitable and sustainable, and meets the district’s current and future needs.
