Over more than 25 years, Jon Archibald has built deep expertise in floodplain modeling and permitting, stormwater facility design, and civil infrastructure design and construction. With extensive work in the Pacific Northwest, he now continues building that expertise as a business unit leader for our water and natural resources work.

Jon got his start in land development, which he credits for giving him a well-rounded engineering perspective since it requires learning a little bit about everything. To him, the greatest difference his team's work has is in supporting the health of natural systems and he places a particular emphasis on advancing our capabilities by leveraging emerging tools and supporting the development of our people.
