Cool Planning: A Handbook on Local Strategies to Slow Climate Change; State of Oregon

June 02, 2011

The handbook helps local governments and communities throughout Oregon understand how specific community development, land-use, and transportation techniques can enable us to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
