The power to transform thought, materials and labor into something so impactful has kept my attention throughout my life.
As a youth, Thomas would sneak into construction sites because he found them fascinating. "The power to transform thought, materials, and labor into something so impactful has kept my attention throughout my life," he says. Thomas appreciates that Otak provides many opportunities to participate in the project process, ultimately producing the built environment that is our community space. In practice, his goal is to build great teams through inclusion and coaching; this practice carries through to his life both inside and outside of his job. Thomas is at peak happiness when solving problems outside his comfort zone, which sometimes includes being cold, wet, and lost and figuring out how to survive it!
