Positive outcomes are built on strong relationships and by keeping your eye on the ball.
Stephen’s love of architecture started in eighth grade when he realized how much he enjoyed the aesthetics and process of building. Over the years he branched out to contracting and real estate development. This stable of skills aligns perfectly with his current role as an owner’s representative for the Oregon City School Bond. He appreciates having the autonomy to run his bond program while being able to rely on an incredible set of resources to help him achieve positive results. He enjoys building strong relationships, and he is happiest when he is seeing a project reach its goals and meet the client’s expectations, with successful outcomes for all stakeholders. Outside of work, Stephen volunteers with the Marathon Scholars program in Portland, mentoring a first-generation student by helping them prepare for college.
