I am proud of the expertise and passion our team brings to river restoration and I enjoy working across disciplines to elevate the quality of rivers in our community.
Rachel’s interest in water resources engineering started while she was an undergraduate in northern California where spent her weekends volunteering with a non-profit on river restoration projects, installing plants and removing invasive species. She finds the interdisciplinary complexity of river projects fascinating and is passionate about working across disciplines – whether it is water or structural engineering, hydraulics, fisheries, ecology, or geomorphology – to make a project a success for our clients and the community. Rachel is on the board of the Colorado Riparian Association. Outside of work, she can be found backpacking, gardening and spending time with her family outdoors.
