Otak is proud to have Millicent Williams as a leader. With over 20 years of working in the public sector at all levels—from grassroots community service to providing agency leadership, Millicent brings a fresh perspective that Otakians across our offices turn to for guidance. In her past role she served as Deputy Director for the Portland Bureau of Transportation, managing over $13 billion in infrastructure facilities. As Regional Director of our public sector work in Oregon and SW Washington, Millicent is a proven leader who also champions the cause of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace as a member of our DEI Committee. When not working she can be found cooking or ranching with her small herd of red Angus cattle.
