Finding balance between the physical and ecological systems we work with are the challenges I enjoy solving most
After founding the consulting firm Vigil-Agrimis Inc. and establishing it's reputation one of the top water resources and environmental firms in Oregon and Southwest Washington, Ken Vigil now applies his technical expertise to the Otak team as Senior Project Manager.
With more than 30 of experience, Ken brings practical knowledge of interconnected physical and ecological systems and leads our team members in providing comprehensive and integrated services to complex water and natural resource projects. He has expertise in hydrology and hydraulics, bank stabilization, stream and floodplain restoration, fish passage design, cost estimation, and construction methods. He is intimately familiar with environmental regulations including the Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and state and local regulations.
With an appreciation for the vitality of the Pacific Northwest's diverse environments, Ken's perspective is instrumental to how projects place an emphasis on water and natural resources.
