My coworkers bring a passion and energy to the work that is refreshing.
Brad has always enjoyed looking at maps for the story and history they tell. It was important for him to do work that involved creating new environments and developing new places. He appreciates the people he gets to work with every day because they bring a passion and energy to the work that is refreshing. Brad’s coworkers can rely on him to bring people together for the success of the project. He enjoys being a mentor to junior engineers and helping to develop the potential in others. Brad also acts as a liaison between the engineering and architecture/planning groups, participates in informal Equity & Inclusion discussion groups, and helped establish Otak U, the company’s long-running inhouse education program.
Brad has three daughters and has enjoyed coaching their various soccer, softball, and lacrosse teams. He also volunteered for three years as Director of their youth lacrosse program. He is happiest when he is celebrating his daughters’ successes, joining them in new adventures and discoveries, and watching them grow into bright, articulate, and caring young adults.
