No matter your role or team, there is always a deep sense of shared purpose—that you are cared about and that your part matters.
Early in Brad’s career he was thrust into consulting. His first boss was an amazing seller-doer who taught him how important and thrilling the pursuit was, and how to find his voice as a persuasive, compelling writer. A natural facilitator, Brad excels at helping groups work through complex questions and issues and coalesce around strategies or solutions. He finds Otak a great fit for his talents because no matter what you work on or who you work with, there is always a deep sense of shared purpose—that you are cared about and that your part matters. Brad believes he has had more personal growth at Otak than at any other time since early in his career. "At the beginning and end of our careers, we spend more of our time with colleagues much older or much younger than ourselves. Generational differences give us much to think about and learn from." When Brad’s not at work, he’s active in the Washington Trail Association. “Trail parties are great ways to meet people and give back something of value.”
