Otak has always believed that good design and planning endure, providing long-term benefits and value to the surrounding community. Among those benefits are sustainability and responsibility, which is why we help clients develop projects that offer sustainability on every level. Our interdisciplinary teams work collaboratively to meet each client's, and each community's, needs for sustainability. With the recent introduction of rating systems for sustainability such as LEED, Built Green, The Natural Step and Green Globes, we also help sustainable projects become certified as "green.” Otak is proud to be a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Built Green and The Natural Step.
