History
Otak, Inc. was founded in 1981 by a small group of professionals who shared a vision for an integrated approach to planning, engineering and architecture. Over 25 years later, the firm has been recognized regionally and nationally for its innovative work on public transit, mixed-use projects, water-resources solutions and urban planning and design. With this success has come growth; we are now a team of nearly 500 professionals in 15 offices in the United States, United Arab Emirates, and Iraq.
