Since 1997, Otak has directed the renovation of this historic structure into a multi-modal transportation facility for three distinct agencies. As prime consultant, Otak provided project management, design and engineering consultation, and construction documentation and administration for the rehabilitation efforts. Future improvements will include a restored passenger waiting area, improved ticketing and baggage facilities, safety and security improvements, drop off and pick up areas for bus passengers, and a covered walkway.
