King Street Station Renovation

Otak, for over 10 years, directed the renovation of this historic structure into a multi-modal transportation facility for WSDOT, Sound Transit and Amtrak. Otak served as the prime consultant and provided project management, design and engineering consultation, construction documentation and administration for multiple planning and construction contracts. A selection of these included historic rehabilitation of the Compass Room, new restrooms and an expanded passenger waiting lobby.
