Trilogy at Redmond Ridge
Location: Redmond, WA Located at the headwaters of two drainage basins, this 1,050-acre community compelled developers to account for residential growth while protecting the nearby wetlands. As primary project surveyor, Otak provided platting, boundary mapping, topographic and construction surveying for this planned development comprised of 2,450 residential units, 125,000-square-feet of commercial space, an 18-hole golf course, a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, nine miles of trails and more than 48 acres of parks. Combined with extensive infrastructure improvements, this work helped the project owner achieve environmental, commercial and residential success.
