Paine Field Drainage Inventory

Snohomish County chose Otak to provide a complete drainage inventory of all drainage pipes and structures for this 1,300-acre airport. Otak designed an inventory database and ensured that all data collected in field-data collectors could be imported directly into, and be compatible with, Snohomish County’s Surface Water Management drainage inventory database. This data, collected via GPS that utilized both RTK and VRS technology, will also be used by the airport for daily operations.
