Barbee Mill
Location: Renton, WA This community of single-family homes is situated on one of the largest undeveloped privately owned parcels along Lake Washington. As project surveyor for this 22-acre waterfront development, Otak provided survey services for all phases of this 115-lot project, from planning through construction. Otak provided topography survey and mapping, boundary and right-of-way resolution and platting and construction staking. The community's residences are integrated with landscaping, a community center and other shoreline amenities and will be built using eco-friendly techniques. |
