Road Upgrade from Al Faya to Razeen and Al Qua’a

Otak is providing civil engineering services for upgrading the road from Al Faya to Razeen and Al Qua’a, approximately 140 kilometers in length. The upgraded road is designed for a single carriageway of two lanes with two shoulders, with flexibility to widen or create a dual carriageway in the future. The upgrade will accommodate new development and provide access to nearby farms with proper junctions at designated locations. Otak’s design also addresses ducts, culverts, protection/relocation of existing services, access to existing or future facilities, intersections, u-turns, lay-bys, road signs, markings and a possible street lighting system.
