Pleasant Valley Concept and Implementation Plan

Pleasant Valley will be a complete community addition to the urban growth boundary, with a town center, three schools, eight neighborhoods, three neighborhood centers, a park system and its own multi-modal transportation network. The plan integrates new development with the area’s natural resources, protecting one-third of the area in open space. Otak created the concept plan, comprehensive plan and code amendments and helped build community consensus for this 1,532-acre community. Green infrastructure and sustainable design are integral to the plan.
