Mill Pond Village Subdivision

One of the largest subdivisions built in Astoria in decades, this mixed-use neighborhood re-creates the feel of an old fishing village on a historic 16-acre mill site. Working on this former brownfield, however, required coordination with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality to assure all cleanup requirements were met throughout multiple stages of construction. Otak achieved this goal while overseeing a full boundary survey, topographic survey, site and infrastructure design, permitting and construction management for this 86-lot development.
