Al Jimi Forest Masterplan

The Al Jimi Forest Masterplan has a goal of creating a sustainable, pedestrian friendly, mixed-use community that preserves as much of the area’s dense forestation as possible. Otak provided masterplanning level infrastructure design including 3,500 linear meters of residential roads, including horizontal and vertical alignments, as well as a grading plan, water line network, sewer network, stormwater system and irrigation design. Additional engineering services included designing the fire fighting, telephone, power and gas networks. Otak also coordinated Notices of Compliance and secured utility provider approvals.
