Otak provides on-call environmental services for numerous municipalities, counties and state agencies throughout Washington. Services include: impact analysis; wetland delineation and function assessment; stream characterization and habitat survey; stream hydraulics analysis; sediment transport analysis; scour analysis; water quality monitoring and analysis; preparation of Biological Assessments and other NEPA/SEPA technical documents; preparation of restoration, enhancement and compensatory mitigation plans for wetland, riparian and upland habitats; bioengineered bank stabilization design; permitting assistance; monitoring of compensatory mitigation sites; and third-party reviews of environmental documents.
