Otak provided construction and project management services to the Tourism Development & Investment Company for its Saadiyat Island Beach Villas, located within Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Beach District. The Villas will be the first medium-density residential development available on Saadiyat Island. Spanning five kilometers, the project includes 354 luxury villas ranging from three to six bedrooms, as well as community facilities, landscaped grounds and extensive site amenities. The Saadiyat Island Beach Villas create a ‘signature gateway’ for the TDIC to Saadiyat Island, setting quality expectations for tourists, employees and residents as they arrive via the Yas Island bridge.
