Mosaic Mixed-Use Condominiums
Location: Tempe, AZ Tempe developers, KML Development/University of Ash LLC, envisioned the high-rise Mosaic condominium building as an opportunity to transform a commercial intersection into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly environment. Otak’s design for this mixed-use building features an urban grocer and retail spaces to anchor the street edges and act as a base for the multi-level parking garage above. The tall residential tower is aligned to minimize residents' exposure to the intense western sun while maximizing their exposure to the north-south view corridors. The resulting design provides both urban scale and tasteful amenities for this emerging edge of downtown Tempe. |
