Mina al Nour
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Mina Al Nour (“Harbor of Light”), envisioned as part of an international competition, offers an opportunity to connect Abu Dhabi’s downtown to the Persian Gulf through a pedestrian-friendly residential, retail and entertainment destination featuring hotels, residential towers, entertainment venues, office space and a rounded canal. At the project’s core, a picturesque marina is flanked by a five- and a four-star hotel, retail, plazas and a shoreline promenade. The wide pedestrian axis, low buildings lining both the axis and marina, and tower placement maximize views to the marina and the Gulf. |
