Golf Gardens
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE The developers behind Golf Gardens envisioned an expansive residential community offering luxurious villas and a wide range of recreational activities — today, it is one of the largest residential developments in Abu Dhabi. Otak was selected to design a residential mix of villas and townhomes for this $36 million development, which includes luxury villas ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet. Otak also designed a Phase II plan to include 200-300 low-rise condominiums. The community fosters activity and community through its myriad restaurants, tennis courts, retail shops and health center. Lush gardens and terraces provide opportunities for strolling and outdoor activities, and residents also have access to the adjacent golf course. |
