Broadway Student Housing

With the Northwest a hotbed for sustainable development, Portland State University wanted to remain mindful of regional resources while designing the City's largest student-housing project in a decade. Otak worked with the University on a mixed-use development that both serves PSU's long-term student projections and meets its environmental objectives through sustainable harvested materials, high-efficiency fixtures and an 18,000-square-foot eco-roof, one of the largest in the city. This project received LEED Silver certification.
