The American Planning Association (APA), Oregon Chapter has recognized Otak and the Oregon Transportation and Growth Management Program with a Special Achievement in Planning Award for their work on “Cool Planning: A Handbook on Local Strategies to Slow Climate Change.” In addition, Joe Dills, AICP, Otak Principal, has been recognized with APA’s award for Distinguished Leadership by a Professional Planner.
