Otak, Inc., the urban design, architecture, planning and engineering firm based in Lake Oswego, announced today it has completed a merger agreement with HanmiGlobal Co. Ltd., a publicly owned construction management and project management firm located in South Korea.

HanmiGlobal Co. Ltd., will have a majority ownership of Otak, which will continue doing business as Otak, said Nawzad Othman, chief executive officer of the company that has been based in Lake Oswego since it was founded on June 2, 1981...
