HanmiGlobal Acquires Lake Oswego's OtakThe Portland Business Journal, June 10, 2011 By: Wendy Culverwell A Korean construction giant has acquired a majority stake in Otak, Inc., a prominent Lake Oswego architecture firm. HanmiGlobal Co. Ltd., a Seoul, South Korea-based construction and project management firm, acquired Otak in a deal that closed Thursday. Terms were not disclosed, but news service Asia Pulse said HanmiGlobal bought a 60 percent stake in Otak, which recorded $55.6 million in sales in 2010...
