For First Street and Main Avenue Sidewalks and Bike Facilities Otak provided engineering and construction management services for this American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) project in Region 5. The project included construction of sidewalk and bicycle facilities on a primary school route for children accessing the elementary school and junior and senior high schools. It included drainage swales, pedestrian scale lighting, and street trees.

For Round Butte Selective Water Withdrawal Otak surveyors in the Bend office provided all of the construction survey control and staking, and the Kirkland office (Bill Lawrence and staff) provided survey control and as builts for the concrete floating platform they used to construct the 273' tower on before they installed it.
